st777 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by the Platform's licensing obligations.

To register an account with st777, you must:

1. Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform;
2. Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number;
3. Not be subject to any self-exclusion order — whether voluntary or imposed — on any gambling platform operated under the same licensing framework as st777;

Each individual is permitted to hold only one st777 account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your st777 login credentials — including your registered mobile number and password. st777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep these credentials secure.

You must not share your account credentials with any third party, nor permit any other person to access or use your st777 account on your behalf. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility, and st777 is entitled to treat all such activity as having been conducted by you personally.

If you have reason to believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify st777 support immediately via live chat. st777 will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the account, but cannot be held liable for losses incurred prior to notification.

You agree not to use any automated tools, bots, scripts, or third-party software to interact with the st777 Platform in any manner, including but not limited to automated betting, account creation, or data scraping.

st777 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, 1LINK, and bank transfer in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All transactions on the Platform are denominated in PKR. Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds are displayed within the account wallet interface and are subject to periodic revision.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the name of the st777 account holder. st777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts and reserves the right to reverse any payment suspected of originating from an account not belonging to the registered Player. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which form part of this Agreement by reference.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all st777 promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balance and must be wagered the specified number of times before they may be withdrawn;
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages are stated within each offer's specific terms;

• Players may only claim a welcome bonus on their first deposit following account registration — subsequent deposits are not eligible for welcome bonus treatment;

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash at any value other than as specified in the wagering completion terms.

In the event of a technical error, communication failure, or platform malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, st777 reserves the right to void the relevant round or bet and return the staked amount to the Player. st777 shall not be liable for any winnings that would have been generated had the technical error not occurred.

For sports betting, st777 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or revise odds at any time prior to settlement where: (a) an obvious pricing error has occurred; (b) the event to which the bet relates is abandoned, postponed, or declared void by the relevant governing body; or (c) credible information regarding the integrity of the event has come to st777's attention.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on st777 and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Opening, or attempting to open, more than one st777 account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or otherwise circumventing account limits;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity;
• Colluding with other players in any casino game or sports betting market;
• Using automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house;
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform software for financial gain — any winnings derived from known errors must be reported and will be voided;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies intended to complete wagering requirements without genuine play intent;
• Attempting to access the st777 Platform using a VPN, proxy service, or other means to circumvent geographical restrictions;
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward st777 support staff or other platform users.

st777 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The Platform provides a suite of player-controlled tools accessible from account settings, including: deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

Where a Player requests self-exclusion, st777 will close the Player's account for a minimum period of six months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Any attempt by a self-excluded player to circumvent exclusion by opening a new account constitutes a breach of these Terms, and any funds on such an account will be forfeited.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or create derivative works from any st777 Platform content without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of st777 intellectual property constitutes infringement and may be subject to legal action.

st777 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the st777 Privacy Policy.

st777 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and fraud prevention systems is shared solely to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and meet regulatory obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, st777 shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform; (b) loss of profits, data, or goodwill; (c) service interruptions, outages, or technical failures not within st777's reasonable control; or (d) actions of third-party payment processors, game suppliers, or data networks.

st777's total aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal basis of the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

st777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) a Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) st777 reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct; (c) a Player fails to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe; or (d) continuation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to st777.

Upon termination of a Player account for cause, st777 may forfeit the account balance in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Termination of an account for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct will result in the return of verifiable real-money balance within a reasonable timeframe after outstanding verification requirements are met.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting st777 support via live chat. All pending withdrawals must be processed before account closure is finalised.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, bet settlement, or account transaction, Players must first raise the matter with st777 customer support via live chat, providing all relevant details and any supporting evidence. st777 will investigate and respond within five business days.

If a Player is not satisfied with the outcome of the initial support investigation, a formal written complaint may be escalated to the st777 compliance team. Written complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the disputed event. The compliance team will provide a final written response within 14 business days of receiving the escalation.

Where a dispute remains unresolved following the internal complaints process, Players may refer the matter to the dispute resolution body associated with st777's international gaming licence. The decision of the appointed adjudicator shall be final and binding on both parties.

st777 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, st777 will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Minor administrative updates may be made without specific notification.

Your continued use of the st777 Platform following the publication of amended terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the amended terms take effect. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which st777 holds its international gaming licence. By agreeing to these Terms, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the dispute resolution process described in Section 13.

Nothing in this Agreement affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence to the extent that such rights cannot be excluded by contract.
